About me
I landed a job at "Isola" in Knightsbridge, working under the renowned chef Bruno Loubet. Those first six months were tough, but I was determined to prove myself. My hard work paid off when Bruno's sous chef introduced me to his friend, Nicola Canuti. Nicola worked as the sous chef at Spoon+ by Alain Ducasse at the time, a restaurant located in the luxurious 5-star Sanderson Hotel in central London owned by Ian Shrager from the studio 54 (New York). Alain Ducasse was a world-renowned chef and restaurateur already, considered one of the most influential figures in modern French cuisine. His restaurants have earned numerous Michelin stars globally and i couldn't believe i had a chance to work for him. Nicola offered me a position as demi chef de partie there and I spent three and a half years in that role, learning from him and some of the best in the industry. That's when I knew my career had really taken off.
My culinary adventure began at The Spoon, where I first discovered my passion for cooking. Following this, I was fortunate to work under an exceptional head chef at the prestigious 5-star Meridien Hotel in Piccadilly Street. When this talented chef transitioned to The Bleeding Heart restaurant in Farringdon, I was eager to continue learning from him and followed his lead.
Craving new challenges and global experiences, I embarked on a transformative journey with Celebrity Cruises. Aboard the magnificent Summit ship, I spent nearly a year sailing across breathtaking destinations. From the vibrant Caribbean Islands to the rugged landscapes of Alaska, and through the stunning ports of Jamaica, Mexico, Costa Rica, Aruba, and Panama, I served 2,200 passengers alongside a dedicated crew of 1,500.
Upon returning to land, my culinary path led me to Costa Brava, Spain. Here, I helped a friend launch a restaurant, immersing myself in the region's rich gastronomic culture for three remarkable years. Each step of my journey has been a testament to my love for food, learning, and adventure.
