About Me

I was born in Aix-en-Provence, a beautiful town in the south of France. Growing up there was amazing, surrounded by the charm of cobblestone streets and the vibrant culture of Provence. My love for cooking started when I was just 12 years old. My parents took me on a ski trip to Vars in the Haute Alpes, where their friend owned a small pizzeria. I was fascinated by the kitchen and spent hours watching the chefs work their magic. After college, I knew cooking was my passion. My parents supported me and enrolled me in a local chef boarding school. I spent four intense years there, honing my skills and learning the ins and outs of French cuisine. At 19, I decided to challenge myself and move to London to improve my English. It was supposed to be a six-month stay, but it turned into so much more. It's been over 20 years since I made London my home, and this cosmopolitan capital has truly transformed my life. London's diverse culinary scene has fueled my growth as a chef. Exposure to global cuisines and techniques has expanded my repertoire beyond French cooking. Collaborating with chefs from various backgrounds has sparked creativity and innovation, pushing my culinary boundaries and opening up new career opportunities. Thanks to the connections I've made and the reputation I've built in London's competitive restaurant scene, I've had the chance to travel and work in other countries as well. This international exposure has not only enriched my skills but also given birth to a fascinating culinary journey.
